Here at the Ear Lady of Derby we use the award winning Tympa Health microsuction ear wax removal system, along with the latest technology in video otoscopy-I can take digital images of the inside of your ears to show you before and after treatment and can also share these with your GP or health practioner for a direct referral.

Cancellations
No charge is made for cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked appointment, after this period a £10 cancellation fee is payable

HOME VISITS
Monday - Thursday 9.30 - 6pm and Saturday Mornings 8.30 - 1pm
Please provide your home address in the 'notes' section (online bookings).

During the visit I will need access to 2 hard chairs of the same height, a small table and a power supply point. This allows me to perform Microsuction ear wax removal safely.
​
Unfortunately I am unable to offer a home visiting service for HMO properties - please call to arrange an alternative treatment location.

PREPARE YOUR EARS

This must to be done at home 5-7 days before your appointment.
Please apply olive ear drops or spray liberally to each affected ear twice daily for 5-7 days prior to your appointment.
This makes treatment more comfortable and reduces the likelihood of follow up visits being required (charged at £30 each for home visits).
Areas Covered
For home visits (Monday - Thursday & Saturday am) I cover all of Derby and most of the Derbyshire dales, Burton on Trent, Long Eaton, surrounding villages and lots of areas in-between.

Alternatively you can visit me at my new state of the art clinic at The Old Surgery, Mackworth, Derby, De22 4DY.
PLEASE NOTE
I am unable to visit HMO properties.

Microsuction
What is Microsuction?
Microsuction is the process of removing wax from your ears by using a small suction tube and probe to gently remove any excess wax in the ear.
